Universe Brought Us Together
Emmi had started to feel a deep disconnect between her own values and the corporate culture. She’d always had a high-performing, heartful attitude towards work, and she enjoyed supporting start-ups with her expertise.
Then Emmi saw Karolina’s art on a start-up’s wall and felt a shift.
Was it intuition? Did an unicorn leap in Fantasyland create an aftershake? Was it just a feeling of hope in a deep sea of corporate leadership, a glimpse of what-if?
Creating art is Karolina’s conscious way to explore what lies beyond the beyond. It worked as a call for a new life, a new partnership, a new way to live, to do business, to do good.
Against all odds, the call worked. Emmi’s curiosity peaked.
Buying Karolina’s art was the first contact, but both knew that this was just the beginning. Soon Emmi and Karolina left the hustle of the city for an unforgettable quest in the countryside, to their deepest dreams, and ultimate business goals.
Electic Blue Moment
Our dynamic duo returned to the city.
Transformed, enlightened. Not holding anything back.
CVs were not exchanged, but it was clear: they had to start a new venture together, it didn’t even matter what, as long as it was something that truly mattered.
They attended Habitare 2022 together, and the company name Flip Fantasia hit like an electric jolt as they were sitting on an electric blue sofa. The company was started immediately.
Flip Fantasia is now a journey to finding and creating Dream Jobs.
The work-life is broken, and the business models need to support the creation of Dream Jobs and meaningful, scalable growth.
There will not be an impact, without gathering a tribe.
Emmi and Karolina created a conscious call for opportunities, new businesses, and building beautiful spaces.
One of the first customers who answered the call was a therapy company, who needed a new office space, and an experience where their customers can feel transformation to happen. Then the next client joined.
Soon, it was time to grow the team and invite people to join.
